Returns

What is your return policy?
 You may return your order for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your items.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Hygiene stickers and swing tags must be intact

  • Items must be returned in the original Sunthea protective bag, including any branded elements such as the Sunthea charm on bikinis, to prevent damage in transit

All returned items are inspected upon arrival. If they meet the return criteria, a refund will be issued within 7–10 business days.

Please note: Returns are made at the customer’s expense. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your package is safely delivered back to us.

Items returned without original packaging or in a damaged condition may not be accepted. Sunthea is not responsible for items damaged during return shipping.

Exchanges

Can I exchange my item?
We currently offer exchanges for UK orders only. Based on product availability.Β
