2. Product Information

2.1 Product Descriptions

We strive to ensure product details, including colour, size, and fit are accurate. However, we cannot guarantee that all information is error-free or complete.

2.2 Pricing

Prices are listed in GBP and may change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without liability.

2.3 Colour Accuracy

Due to varying display settings, product colours may appear slightly different in person. We do our best to present items as true-to-life as possible.

3. Orders and Payments

3.1 Placing Orders

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

3.2 Payment

Payment must be made in full at checkout. Accepted methods are listed on the website. You are responsible for providing correct and updated payment details.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders placed after 2PM (UK time) will be processed the next business day.

  • UK Orders: Please allow up to 3-5 business days for delivery. Most in-stock items are shipped within 24 hours and typically arrive within three working days.

  • For urgent UK orders, email us at contact@suntheaswim.com before 11AM, and we’ll try our best to offer next-day delivery.

  • International Orders: You can select your preferred method at checkout.

  • Customs & Duties: International shipments outside the UK may incur additional import taxes and duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your local customs office before ordering.

  • Shipping Fees: We do not refund shipping costs, taxes, or duties for returned items.

5. Returns and Exchanges

5.1 Return Policy

Returns are accepted within a specified period, outlined on our Returns Policy page. Items must be unworn, unused, with all original tags and hygiene stickers intact.

5.2 Non-returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, items where the hygiene sticker has been removed will not be eligible for return or exchange.

5.3 Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, excluding any shipping charges, taxes, or duties. Please allow several business days for the refund to be processed once approved.

6. Faulty Items

Items are considered faulty if they arrive damaged or develop a manufacturing fault within 3 months of purchase.

Faults caused by general wear and tear, improper care, or misuse are not covered under our policy.

If your item becomes faulty within the eligible time frame, please contact our customer service team at contact@suntheaswim.com Β before sending the item back. Replacements or resolutions are offered at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

All content featured on our website, including but not limited to product names, photography, designs, written copy, and logos is the sole property of Sunthea LTD and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without prior written permission.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
