Shipping and handling fees are calculated at checkout and cover the cost of delivering your order to your location. Please note that these charges do not include any customs, duties, or taxes that may be applied by your local government, these must be covered by the recipient of the parcel.

UNITED KINGDOM

• Standard Delivery (2 to 4 business days)): FREE
  
  

• Express Delivery (1 to 3 business days): £4.50
  
  

EUROPEAN UNION

• Standard Shipping & Handling (5 to 12 business days): FREE
  
  *Taxes and Import Duties are NOT included. Please note this is the responsibility of the customer. 
  

 

POLAND

• Standard Shipping & Handling (2-5 business days) - InPost 14.99 zl

 

AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND

• Standard International Shipping (5 to 15 working days): FREE
  
  *Orders under 1000 AUD / NZ will not incur any taxes and duty charges. 
  
  *Orders over 1000 AUD / NZ may be applicable to taxes and duty charges and will be the responsibility of the customer. 

 

USA & CANADA

• Standard Shipping & Handling (5 to 12 business days)): $9.99
  
  

• DHL Express USA (2 to 5 working days): $29.99

REST OF THE WORLD

• Standard Delivery (5 to 15 business days)): £19.99

Important: While we aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframes, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. Delivery times are calculated from the date of dispatch. Please keep an eye on your dispatch confirmation email. Sunthea is not responsible for delays, damaged parcels, or packages lost or stolen in transit.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Will I incur customs, duties, or taxes?
This depends on your shipping destination and the value of your order:

• EU Orders (excluding VAT & shipping):
  VAT and customs duties are not collected at checkout. These fees might need to be paid upon delivery and are determined by your local customs authority.
  
  

• Orders Outside the EU:
  Depending on your location, you may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees. These are not included in your order total and must be paid upon delivery.
  

 

Please note: Sunthea does not cover the cost of customs, duties, or import taxes. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Package Refusal

If you refuse to pay the customs fees and the package is returned to Sunthea, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the merchandise, minus the shipping costs and any additional fees incurred by the return.

Please note that even if your original delivery was free, the shipping cost and any additional return fees incurred will be deducted from your refund.

Customs processes vary by country. Any customs related delays or handling times are beyond our control. For accurate and up-to-date information, we recommend checking with your local customs office.
